How about salt water baths? Submersing the entire body into a bathtub of salty water for an hour (including sometimes holding your breath and bringing your head underwater). You could perhaps add some Epsom Salts to the water, too, but I would mostly make it a very salty bath. Preferably Sea Salt or real salt.
And at periods through the day, when a bath would be inconvenient, you could just do facial baths in warm salty water, opening your eyes, and perhaps do a little nasal irrigation.
I am thinking that large doses of olive leaf would help, as well as oxygen therapy (H2O2 or ozone) but those aren't as immediate if you don't have those things on hand.
