Re: liverflushing good or bad?

The post was several posts put together that give “suggestions and reasons” with no hard and fast rules given.

Liver Flushing is good if you’re trying to overcome years of abuse.

It can become bad if you lack reserves or do not compensate for such lack.

It can be bad if your elimination system is compromised and you started reabsorbing toxins, adjustment for that would be needed.

If you are eating “clean” and have been for years the unanswered question is, “Do you need to flush?”.

Personal preference hopefully determined by personal experience would determine that.

a pinch of mgso4 daily cloudy1

Would merely help elimination and pH.

Would it help keep the liver clean as in flushing?

Wouldn’t think so.

Would this small amount dilate the ducts even?

Or get consumed in some way by the body processes?

No clue.

Hope that helps.
