cutting scars

hi everyone

my friend is an ex-cutter (stopped around june 2006) and have little scars. she did cut whoever not that deep and only bleed a drop or two however the area still seems to be darker than the rest of her arm with a little scar.

she wanted to find a way to help heal the area as seeing these scars remind her of the person she used to be.

any ideas?
