Re: best shower filter/ body powder?

Waterwise makes a good basic shower filter. The replacable filter lasts about a year and is economical.

You can use corn starch in place of talcum powder. Just buy it in the grocery section. Four parts cornstarch and one part baking soda makes a good all purpose body powder to. I like to add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil to cornstarch and a little baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and make that the only scent I wear. I use almond oil with a couple of drops of lavender oil for a moisturizer.

To help get a safer bath without a filter, just run your bathwater and let it set an hour or two, most of the chlorine will evaporate out of the water. Use a little Epsom Salt and baking soda to help draw and hold toxins from the body. If you want to avoid soap, spray some 3% hydrogen peroxide all over your body before entering the bath. Massage your skin while soaking. When you get out you can spray a 50-50 mix of apple cider vinegar and pure water all over and gently slap your body until dry.

If these ideas help, you don't have to kiss my feet, but I always accept a good foot massage. :)
