thanks for your reply.

I'm sorry, I may not have been clear in my original question...let me try again...

In an earlier post, "probiotic" you mention that for long term use a "PRE-biotic" (food source) would be best to help build good bacteria in the gut...

I wonder what other food, non-dairy and not animal based, if any, help to build good intestinal flora?
