Wombat :-)..

..I do pretty much the same thing FF does, except that I now take the Kelp in capsules; I vastly appreciate what the drink does for me, but the taste with the Kelp actually as part of the drink is just el-barfo :-).

Without the Kelp, the drink is Delicious :-). I just take the capsules at the same time..
