i have taken both Dr. Schulze 's cayenne tincture as well as frontier brand 90,000 HU powdered cayenne. both are great.

now, however, i am only using the fresh cayenne which i believe is FAR superior to the powdered stuff. it really does the job.

i eat 2 - 4 small cayenne peppers a day. i crush them and then gulp them down with food, i don't really chew them much as they are really too hot.
