itching swollen lips during pregnancy

I need help
I am 4 mos pregnant- and this happened with my second pregnancy.

2 months ago, my lips turned red, and sensitive. They get itchy ( where the lip meets the skin of my face) and swollen. They crack easily.

This get worse after I eat something, or when they get dry... ( I have to keep them covered with fragrence free chapstik, when they get really bad, this even burns/ itches.)

On top of the pain / itch/ cracking... look like I had lip injections.

I have done a few flushes before I got pregnant ( my third child), and I had roundworms. I got my stool tested and I have 4 types of parasitic protozoa. The regulat Dr gave me antibiotics and I stopped them after 3 days- they made me sick and gave me a horrible vaginal infection.

A few months later I was pregnant again- so although I don't have any symptoms ( diarrhea, etc.) I know I will have to deal with them later... and it may be relevant

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
