thanks Bob, that is really helpful. i just checked my probiotic and it only has 5 billion active cells per capsule so im going to order the udo s choice, ive been taking the udo s choice oil every day so im already a fan. ill get going with the garlic too. i just did an intestinal cleanse so im good on that one but as soon as im off anti b s ill do a dr schulze liver cleanse. thanks so much for the great info, it will really help alot Tweet
