Re: Great Results With Dr Schulze

You are welcome.

I am short on time today because I am packing to leave town tomorrow morning, but I wanted to share with you the best explanation that I found in writing for the "delayed fatigue". It is in the book "Mold Warriors" and he describes that the problem is in the "Kreb's cycle" (sp?) of energy production. I don't have time today to look up the exact explanation, but if you e-mail me in a couple of weeks and remind me I will look up the info and share with you. Because he describes exactly what happens - you feel great then overdo it. The weird part is that while you are overdoing it, you don't feel it - it is always the next day. Something that is currently helping me tremendously with my energy level is potassium broths. The juicing was great for me, but it is hard to maintain when you have chronic fatigue, that is why the potassium broth is easir, I make a huge pot and put the liquid in jars and refrigerate and I drink throughout the day for two days. Then make another pot.
Here is the recipe if you want to try:
organic is far better
potato peels
carrots
celery
onion
4-5 cloves of garlic

Somebody also recommended that I add kelp, haven't bought it yet.
cover with water and simmer for at least 45 minutes.

Take Care.
