apple cider vinegar works well to break up kidney stone and flush them out, whenever i start ACV i get cloudy urine at the start (broke up kidney stones), and also is used as prep for liver flush, dont know if apple cider vinegar is bad for candida though, but Liver Flushing is great for dealing with candida i read in Andreas Moritz book.
