Dear Fiona, thanks a bunch for this most awesome post, and for giving us all an inspirational ray of hope that is truly an effective and realistic alternative to the likes of AA!

Your original post on this forum from a few months ago has already helped me a lot in overcoming my alcohol addiction. Now I do a strict candida diet, and also P&B shakes with formula SF722. As you can see from my previous posts, I have been having some good success with staying clean.

Anyone who wants to beat the endless drinking cycle might benefit from checking out the Candida Forum .
