Re: help please

Hello- bummer about the antipersperant! Odd as it may seem, oil works very well at cleansing and is gentle to the skin. I use olive oil to remove my makeup and clean my face. I would suggest you massage some oil into your arm pits, olive or coconut would be good, let it set for a few minutes (or longer) and then wash off.

I recently quit using antipersperants and am still experimenting with some natural deo from the health food store. I was advised to use it morning and night.

I am pretty sure the anitpersperant I was using had a build up effect. A couple of times since I switched I found I was going to be in situations where I didnt think the new one would hold up; For just one day I would use the old antipersperant. Well, it didnt work like it used to. In fact it was no better than the natural one.

One other option is to use plain ole cornstarch. Just appy the powder right to your clean, dry pits. It might be the best option while your skin calms down from the vigorus scrubbing.

Good luck.
