Oh, I kept a-going! And I do maintenance. This summer I did three... then this one after my MC. It was a great flush, though around 5am this morning I was wondering what the HECK I was doing, flushing so soon after a cleanse! Thanks to the colonic, it turned out to be a fabulous experience!

And my partner Carlos, on his 5th flush, is passing small black duct stones, and several obviously from the gallbladder, one the size of a gumball! We are getting there for him, and will definitely follow through til he flushes clean.
