I've done my second wheatgrass enema today. The first was done rather late about 10:00 pm. a couple days ago.It seemed to keep me from sleeping sound. Which I have a huge problem with sleep anyway! Was wondering if anyone can give me some pointers and personal information about wheatgrass enema's. Also, I was hopeing to figure out how to do my own colonics...Any suggestions. Thanks, E
