my dog that was a lab had a tone of these. he started getting them around the same age.
we finally had them removed at age 14. most of them anyway. it was about 500$
i would just recommend that you check on the lump and make sure you are keeping track of growth and if the dog reacts to your touch in pain or is not eating.
