day 23 today... was going to break tomorrow...but I'm leaving on a 6am flight friday morning to Maui and it's going to be a 12 hour door to door day. I was thinking off stopping friday morning and sipping orange juice/water all day on the plane and airports...seems it would be much more convenient rather than being soup or eating day. any thoughts?
also Thursday I forgot I have a nurse coming to my work to take blood/blood pressure etc. for life insurance...wondering what my stats will appear like being 25 day's into a MC?..been taking my blood pressure at home and it's consistantly 108/70
have a bottle of Probiotics to take with me on the plane too.!
