Diet alone isn't enough. I wouldn't think you'd get much benefit from a lot of low count probiotics. I've taken bottle fulls over the years. I know of one though that's a very high count. This man is a chemist and used to post on the Healthy Awareness forum, now he formulates and sells his own probiotics. They are in fact very high potency and I got a lot of die off when I took them. They didn't help my slow motility problem ( sauerkraut has tho ) but my friend noticed a big increase in her daily bm's while using these probioitcs. You might try them and see if the help you :-).
