The lack of awareness about SF722 or Candida Force is usually because it's sold only by Doctor's and not available in markets, stores, etc. That can limit public awareness about it. Oregano is commonly available everywhere. I've used undecenoic acid for over 15 years in my practice and nothing has ever been as effective as it is, and I try most everything that comes along excepting medications, or something toxic to the body.

The LifeForce Plan is a complete approach to eliminating systemic candida. It is a step by step process, with each step being as important as the next one. Many plans want people to believe that diet modification isn't necessary in eliminating candida. In my experience, this is more of a marketing tool than a reality. You can't have your cake and eliminate candida too. Feeding and killing candida will double the toxicity in the tissues. The body is already toxic and overwhelmed with toxins when you have candida. Detoxification is a necessary part of the process in order to facilitate eliminating systemic candida.

Most people seem to think that a die-off reaction is a necessary part of eliminating candida. A die-off reaction happens when you're adding more toxins to a body that is already overwhelmed with toxins. that's why sweating is an important part of the LifeForce Plan. In fact, undecenoic acid is so effective in eliminating candida, that I don't recommend that anyone do the LifeForce Plan, unless they're going to do the seating.

Many people don't realize that the majority of candida diets out there are based on a program developed by an MD in the late 50's. That plan doesn't allow fruits, because he used an ineffective medication for eliminating systemic candida. Because the medication doesn't work systemically, he was essentially trying to starve out candida, which is very difficult. Candida can lie dormant in the body for a very long time until you feed it again. This gives the appearance of it having gone away, but as soon as you eat something sweet, it's right there. This demonstrates that it never was eliminated.

Caprylic acid can build up toxicity within the kidneys. It is effective up to 3 weeks, and then the body starts to react. It takes longer to eliminate candida than that.
