Chelation, then selenium, chromium?

Vascular derangement can be caused by toxic levels of iron, copper and mercury; and low levels of selenium and chromium. Could chelation therapy help remove toxic minerals? Should the diet then be supplemented with ascorbic acid, taurine, selenium, and chromium per Dr. Ali's research? Here's Dr. Ali's essay on OXIDOPATHY:

Mitral Valve Prolapse can be aggravated by Candida, which is best eradicated with weekly doses of Caprylic acid, an inexpensive and harmless supplement. MPV can induce a bodily response of fluid retention as mediated by the kidneys, creating high blood pressure to make up for heart inefficiency. Strengthen the heart muscle with the KETO-7 form of DHEA. Avoid anti-inflammatory supplements like aspirin and NSAID's that lower the levels of all prostaglandins, good and bad, as the E3 prostaglandin protects the Mitral Valve. And pray! Blessings.
