Re: 11 y/o Rottweiler with Bone Cancer

You might want to boost her immune system by giving large quantities of Vitamin C. Additionally you may want to look into a product by the name of Immpower as well as Green & White Tea Extract.

I have a few bottles of Immpower left, if you need it let me know and I will send it to you. It's an expensive product, running about $46 in the store but well worth it in my opinion.

I gave Lucky lots of raw beef/bones, raw salmon, etc. - I did a combination of raw and cooked. The cooked parts were veggies and potatoes, sometimes brown rice.

Give her all the love you can, spend quality time with her, and when you are ready tell her that it is okay to let go. For me it was the most amazing thing to be there with Lucky and help her die naturally. We had spent the entire night together, went from room to room and then outside. Later on we went inside again. All that time I was with her telling her it was okay to leave us when she was ready. The next morning her legs gave way. I spent those final hours with her, telling her over and over again how much I loved her and how much I wanted her to let go when she was ready. After a spongebath, her heart gave way and I gave her the final push by pleading with her to let go. She did... I loved Lucky beyond words and still continue to do so.

Take care of yourself.
