Re: can't swallow solid foods.

bee pollen is an excellent source of protein, amino acids, minerals, and many other nutrients. it is between 25 and 45% pure protein (depending on which study you look at) it can be added to juices and smoothies. here is some good info on it.

i would add some fresh ginger to the juices you make. that is a powerful digestive aid and is a natural anti inflammatory and anti gas agent. flax seed oil is another great natural anti inflammatory. anise and/or fennel are also affective anti gas agents you can add to your juice or make a tea out of. peppermint tea is good for gas too.

a great tea for you would be peppermint/raspberry leaf/nettles. steep but don't boil.

royal jelly is another fantastic bee product i would look into if i were you. the consistency is very creamy and you would be able to take it very easily. it is one of nature's most densely packed nutritional substance. a small amounts contains loads of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other nutrients. be SURE to buy it fresh from the store, from the refrigerated section. don't get the stuff online thru the mail, it has lost a lot of its potency.
