As a little child I watched my dad's mother die slowly of the consumption of her alumimum pans. All of her pans were heavily pitted and she spent the last 10 years of her life not knowing who she was, not knowing her children, not knowing who anyone was. With your tincture it is fine. I never shake them, I just use my vitamixer. The use of brandy makes a less herbal tincture because the brandy already has allot of herb in it to begin with. The more dry pure grain alcohols have the most room to absorb the plant chemicals. Dr. Christopher used Vodka and the better choice is ever-clear, but must be properly diluted, etc.
