Excema on face, nose, eyebrows, ears,

About a year ago I had congestive heart failure whereas my heart was enlarged and experiencing severe mitral regurgitation. I am currently taking ramapril, potassium, furosemide and bisoprolol. My diet whole foods, Sugar and salt are restricted as is my water intake to 1 litre per day as per edema I experience last year. I have a family history of heart disease and although my condition is now managed and I feel pretty good, my skin continues frustrated me. I was a guy with perfect skin for much of my life. I am in my ninth month of clean time and in addiction councelling as I had a problem with crystal meth for many years. I believe my body is still detoxing and the liver/gallbladder flush sounds inviting. I am concerned in regards to the epson salt intake and with the medications I am currently taking. Any similar stories or advice anyone would like to share?
