chicken pox my 13 year old daughter

13 year old daughter was vaccinated for chicken pox and within 24 hrs broke out with chills, fever, and a few blisters that look like chicken pox.

Saw a doctor and he prescribed acyclovir and creme for blisters.

Following day she was covered in blisters which are painful. No other symptoms but I am getting worried.

Will be returning to physician monday morning unless things get worse before then, will go to hospital emergency room.

Why is it mandatory my child get this vaccine. I don't want her to get the second dose in 8 weeks.I have reported this incident to Dept. of health and will be keeping them updated.
