permenent facial hair remover

i've been thinking of drastic measures with my facial hair. i've tried home electrolisis by two different methods, the galvanized needle and the radio wave version, and neither worked.  i noticed when people get scarred or burned their hair doesn't grow back, so do you think there could be a method that deadens the feeling of the skin and then use something to burn the area to kill the hair off permenently?

i would never try this at home and i'm sure the scars wouldn't be worth it, but if it were done by a doctor or thought out safely, would it work?  where would i suggest this to, so i could get a doctor's reply for this method?

if anyone knows, please let me know.  i'm tired of having facial hair like a man.  i've been to doctors and they also told me there is nothing they could give me including the pill to get rid of it.  it would only lessen the hair, and not get rid of it.  i've heard of home remedies of some odd type of tumeric to inhibit hair growth, i've read some where 6 percent hydrogen peroxide put on your face regularly after root removal will slowly inhibit hair growth, but i haven't tried any of these yet.  i've tried the 3 percent hydogen peroxide, but i didn't try since i had to pluck to get root hair removal.  that  is very painful with excessive amounts of thick wirey facial hair.  if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.  thank you.
