Somer is by the book and peppermint is by the book.
Depending on if I am detoxing...then I am by the book. If I am more focused on rebuilding, then ginger, peach-detox, yogi fasting, Sleepy-time and cats claw are teas I like. Most times, between lemonade and water, there will not be a lot of time to drink extra. Just check out the herbal teas, I think someone said no caffeine and again, great advice.
