Day 8 (Week One Results In)

Teeth are all one color; all staining is gone.

Sinuses feel a bit clearer, but can’t really tell. Ear canals don’t hurt as much. I’m hoping that this is curing itself.

Feet bottoms are still rough.

Complexion has completely cleared up. A few pinkish spots, left, but no scabs and no bumps. No new anything. It looks like it’s just getting rid of what had been there. This is a by-product I would have done OPing for in itself, and had no idea this was going to happen. I pray to God that this by-product remains, and I’ll continue OPing just for this bit. 

Wish I knew about this ten years ago – I would have prevented a lot of damage done to my face. I was one of the odd folks who made it through to age 25ish with no pimples and no acne….then, for some odd reason, that’s when the spots came, and the bumps, and tons of coverup just to go to the store for groceries. This will be the first time in 10 years that I will not feel self conscious going out without putting any spot cover up on my face!

Now, that’s amazing!
