It really depends on how fat a person is. I am FAT. So I will lose more weight than someone whose 30 lbs overweight. If you need 3000 calories to sustain your weight and go down to 800, you will lose.
I am doing this because of last night: NO heartburn, no palpitations from heartburn, no allergies.
When you are as sleep deprived as I am, you cannot lose weight. Insomnia retains weight.
I am doing the fast, because I am so tired. I detoxed very hard the other day. Been taking mountains of allergy meds and I can't stand it. Sudafed makes you awake.
I am doing this so I can rest. Yes, I'm hungry, but I don't eat a lot, I just eat bad, and no excercise. I have walked 35 minutes a day so far, and will increase to a nice one hour walk a day, for hopefully 40+ days. I will probably lose 50-55 lbs, as I did on my last 45 day. But that lasted me more than a year of energy. My blood pressure went really low, so I stopped, but after a while, the clarity of mind and lightness of your body are addicting.
I won't go so long in between anymore. I did a ten day last year and felt better.
