Breaking out!

I have been doing regular liver and kidney cleanses, but every time I do, I break out with many pimples, especially along my hairline on my neck, and on my lower back and on my chest! These areas have NEVER been problem areas for me even when I was a teenager, but now I'm concerned that something is wrong.  These pimples seem to be pretty deep in the skin, and they hurt, and don't clear up for weeks!

Is this normal, and if not, what could be going on here?  I'm 35 years old, and I shouldn't be breaking out anyways!  Any ideas you can give me would be great!
