well i do mostly veg..just made carrott apple butternut squash Celery and yellow pepper so gorgeous...i love pineapple juice and have that as a treat, im not sure yet as this is only day2 so ill have to see how it goes but my energys already sky high, restless sleep last night from being over energised from all the juice...I just went and ran on a treadmill for an hour and did weights aswell but all was within my capability dont feel like im overdoing it yet...1 day at a time though. I also sometimes have a hot cider vinegar and molasses drink, just a capful of the CV and a tea spoon of the molasses, an acquired taste i guess ! Keep posting and hope yr feeling good xxx Emma
