Good to see you are still here and you are still going at it.

I know it is tuff especially when the monsters are ignored (not by us) for so long.

Our bodies really have some damage because of these and chemicals and to get ourselves back up to par there is just no taking time out.

I am so mcuh better, for awhile there i thought i wasn't going to make it..I was ready to throw in the towel many times.
I am going after the bug giardia, I think I really got a big dose with hurricane charlie in 04, I didn't hear the warning not to drink our water without boiling it. Funny thing is I didn't have cable and It wasn't on the local news and I am local.
