Re: Where to go for ozone sauna in NJ?

I live in Jersey and have been searching for one myself. No luck. I've already spent a fortune on supplements and treatments for lyme. I wanted to buy an ozone generator, but couldn't afford one. Got on eBay and found one listed for 99 cents starting bid. At the end of the auction, I spent less than $3.00. (Set my timer and sniped at the end of the auction--not nice, but I wanted it badly.) Anyway, the unit ozonates water, oil, air, food, etc. Works nice. About a $200-$300 machine if it went for retail. I researched so much on tenting with the ozone generators. If you buy them pre-made, you go broke. The machine I bought will do the same thing only if you improvise. Go to Home Depot and buy a box of those HUGE heavy duty contractor's plastic garbage bags. Go home, open one up and put a small sitting chair inside. Pull it up to the top of the chair. Place the ozone generator OUTSIDE the bag on the floor next to the chair. Poke a tiny hole in the bottom of the bag off to the side so that you can push the generator's hose end through the hole. It's good to tape up the hose against the hole in the bag so no ozone leaks out from there. Get a fan and situate it in front of the chair setup. (You have to have a fan blowing in front of you while you are doing this because if you breathe any ozone, your lungs will be shot. Dries them out badly and can make them bleed. You can ozonate any part of your body safely except your lungs! All ozone generators put warnings on them for this reason.) Before you turn on the unit, go take a hot bath. Soak for awhile. It's good if you add dead Sea Salt s and peroxide to the bath (about half a bottle of peroxide. Peroxide oxygenates the water as well.) Or, you can add Epsom Salts and peroxide. Or, what I find really makes you sweat is Torf Spa's moor mud bath. It's made from peat moss bogs. You can buy it online for about $8.00 a tube. I get 2 baths out of one tube. You soak it in for about half an hour, rinse only with water, then dry off. You sweat for hours when you lie down in bed. Very good for the body. Detoxes with the sweating.---- Get out of the tub and dry off. Turn on the fan, turn on the ozone unit, and get your naked body into the bagged chair. Pull up the bag up to your neck and secure it around your neck. (If the bag has one of those built in drawstrings on it, that's good. Otherwise, you may want to secure it toward the inside of the bag where you can tie it up with a rubber band or something. Then you have control of it, and you won't need anyone to help you.) Remember, the fan must be blowing at your face to blow any leaking ozone from the top of the bag away from your nose and mouth so you don't breathe it. Very important point. Time yourself. Start out slow and increase your time. Do some research on this and see what is tolerable for you, 10, 20 minutes or so. This is the cheapest way to sauna ozone with little or no money. I've had no other alternative. I'm determined to use the ozone generator for all aspects of purification of foods as well. Water is essential. Up to eight glasses of ozonated water a day in addition to pure water---half your body weight in ounces. You might also want to check out Joyce Palmer's website on Vital Ion. This is an organic chlorine which is something we all have in our bodies. This woman discovered how to utilize it to cure her own cancer. I am trying it on myself now a few drops in every glass of water as well as ozone. Who knows....you know how desperate we can all get with these diseases. Research everything BEFORE you try it. Run it past your doctors and alternatives as well. I do. Good luck and God Bless.
