Madame Zoebess,
As you know I don't post often,but I do read most of the forums three or four times a day,just to see what I can learn to help myself,and mostly for others. That to me is the beauty of the CUREZONE.
I had heard (read) that RLS was caused by a deficiency in magniseium and other minerals. Now armed with this new knowledge I can possibly help someone at no cost to me or to those being helped. Is this a great country or what? Keep posting and I will keep reading. Have a great week.
