Re: lbb manufactured?
Tinctures are the simplest and cheapest form of liquid herbs and also taste the nastiest and they do enter the blood stream rapidly.
I make the Liquid herbal formulas from our local herbs that I pick. I have stated many times that it takes a big operation to powder herbs and be FDA regulated, it takes BIG $$$$ and lots of people to do such a thing, so we purchase our powdered herbs from one source and that source uses zero radiation and buys nothing outside the usa. Sadly Christopher's use to make their own powders from people who grew herbs in the usa, because they sold out, etc., etc. today they now just do it the fast way and cheap way and buy from one of the cheapest source of herbs in the usa that uses mostly imported herbs, why not, all of their competitors do the same. The good guys finish last because their cost are higher.
We use one of the last encapsulators that uses no radiation, this is because they also make a herbal product and don't want it ruiened. This is why the bottle has a FDA number on the bottom, so it can be tracked.
I personally do all of the packaging and the liquids are poured into a bottle for each order and never ahead of time.
We sale powders for those that want to make their own capsules and when the day comes that the FDA demands all capsules be radiated, we will only sale powders and NO CAPSULES.
I have explained this before several times and guess I should be more literal with each comment so those who just start can get a clearer picture.
"IF" I owned a company that grew the herbs, whare housed herbs, then powdered those herbs, then blended those herbs, the encapsulated those herbs, I would have several million $$$$ easily wrapped up and would be charging top $$$$ to cover all the expenses.
A good encapsulator alone cost $150,000.00+, the christopher company has one. Dr. Clark owns one.
