my dog has a yeast infection in her ear and need help on how to cure it asap!!!!!

Hi! My dog has an-ongoing yeast infection in her ear. i took her to the doctor yesterday, and i refused the medication. i do not believe in western med. , this is minor, and i know i can give her something holisticaly/naturaly to cure her ear. Basically the same thing you would give a child, or mildly an adult. Its all cleaned out, and tested, and i threw away her yeast and garlic wafers, which have been contributing to her ear infection this whole time. Now that i know what the problem is i must find a way to cure it asap!!!!!!!
