I'm about to start the Metabolic Typing Diet (I am a protein type), based on the book by the same name. In the 12 steps that are suggested it doesn't indicate when I should start incorporating either dairy-based products (i.e. cheese, yoghout, etc) or fruit from my allowable food chart. It only talks about proteins (eggs are mentioned though) and low-starch carbs and then later on to adding a higher proportion of low-starch carbs and then eventually to higher starch carbs.
Would someone be able to fill in the missing parts for me?
