I am sorry about your pain. How old are you and are you male or female? I am a physio and I have never seen an overnight cure like these adverts promise on the internet. I seen alot of Pt's withthis problem? is it definately a frozen shoulder? has this been diagnosed? the good news is that these symptoms usually disappear, the bad news is it can stay for up to 3 years. The capsule around the joint has contracted, restricting your movement and causing pain. I am looking in to traditional chinese medicine for this problem and maybe some cleanses as a tool for healing. will post anything I find. Tweet
