I have done the Raw food diet and did loose about 10-15
pounds doing it. I started off by a juice fast for 10 days to clense my body from all the toxins from all the processed food I used to eat. Then it was easy for me to eat "Right" meaning the Raw diet.
For breakfast I would eat a bananna and an apple, lunch would be a huge salad, then dinner would be any type of fruit or veggie. I sometimes blend up a shake off all the fruits I enjoy eating. One thing you need to do is read up on the fruits you eat together. Like dont eat a bananna with berries, the acid in the berries wont digest the banna, keep the acidic fruits together when you eat them. If you go to a health food store they have items that are Raw, like spreads that you can put on lettice to make a lettuce wrap. The more you read about it on the web or Aliss'a website below, you will get real creative.
I also went on the web and searched for sites to help me eat healthy, so hear are 2 that I had went into.

There are resturants out there now that do prepare Raw food, you should google Raw Resturants, I have a few in my area so it's coming out more now.
I am maybe 75-80% raw but just cant stay away from cereal, which I use Vanilla Soy Milk...also cant stay away from sushi....gotta have my fish...but someday soon I will be 100% raw. I hope I helped you....and take it one day at a time :)
