expect more die off toward the end of the cleanse if you have been carrying that long..at least I had more die off at the end of my cleanse. I have a few more doses to go and Im' done but I know I still have some infection to deal with so will be doing another in 90 days, in the meantime I plan on arming my body with all the herbs, onions and garlic huma suggested.
Good luck and just remember at least the meat of the parasites are removed, just keep your diet healthy and arm yourself with what huma has suggested for the interim period between cleanses. Tweet
