i do a modified version of the moreless drink. i mix up different ingredients depending on how i feel that day. i don't use the Epsom Salt everyday tho like he recommends. my morning drink consists of about a teaspoon of the molasses, some lime water, one magnesium taurate cap, two or three "glugs" of the active liquid minerals, and plenty of lemon juice.
also, i take a small bottle of water to class everyday. in it i put some of the active liquid mins and some lemon juice. i sip that throughout the day and it keeps me very alert, i love that stuff!
