I'm eating healthy food choices, but not in a very conscious way. I eat while cooking and just while traveling thru the kitchen or cleaning up or just wanting something to munch on even when I'm not necessarily hungry.
I've started a goal to eat more conscious way, but didn't get much past about 2 weeks until I'm back to my old habits. So I think I need to start with smaller steps.
I am going to start just by observing. I will pay attention to when I'm eating and noticing if I feel hungry or not. That's it for this week. Just observing.
