Re: First colon cleanse and tooth pain...

If you detoxify and release toxins and meta-toxins into your system to quickly it may cause increased sensitivities such as a tooth ache. You may also feel as if you are coming down with the flu.

My common sense tells me to; drink plenty of water, at least eight (8)ounce servings per day. To reach this level, increase your water intake by one or two servings per day until you reach 8 to 10 servings per day. A gradual increase is better than all at once. Your symptoms should subside within a week. If this doesn't help, stop the cleanse and go see a doctor. Only a qualified healthcare professional can diagnose your medical condidtion. I can merely speculate.

To provide you with my best advice I need to know what is in the products you are using. I am familiar with most cleansing products, which one(s) are you using?

Much success and happiness....

Namaste
