Woodworm and walnut tincture

Hi, I plan on doing Dr. Clark's parasite cleanse. Can anyone tell me where to find woodworm capsules and walnut tincture? I am looking for convenience and cost-effective choices. I have whole cloves at home, do I need to get empty capsules or can I swallow it with water? Also why doesn't she recommend using ground cloves from the grocery store?
