Wrinkles

I think that cleansing will give you a good healthy glow from the inside....but for wrinkles, I have four pieces of advice. I am a connoisseur of beauty products, and I have two places I want to send you.

First, I got a book called "Face Lifting by Exercise" by Senta Maria Runge. It's an old book, but her techniques are still viable and true. I've had good luck with them. You can only order this book on-line and it is pricey. You can google it, and I'm sure you'll find it, but then maybe you can get it used on e-bay or some place.

Second, check out this site http://www.skinactives.com

I use the DMAE 4% solution, and it's amazing how well it works. In fact, I can't say enough about all the products. It's "make your own" beauty products. It really is not hard to do, and fascinating to read all the information. These products are not harmful to the skin.

Thirdly, I also use french green cosmetic clay about 2 times a week.

And lastly, even though I am practicing all of these things, I have learned to love my wrinkles. They are a sign of my life and maturity. I figure I'll stave them off for as long as possible, but I won't fret over them. Anyway, worrying about wrinkles will cause.....more wrinkles LOL!

My skin has never looked better, and my friends are amazed at the difference in my face from 7 months ago.
