Well when I started the alkalizing protocol, I started small, I worked from 1 tablet of kelp to 6 tablets of kelp now per drink. Moreless also said that for the beginning of the protocol you have to take it in moderation everything, so I did what he said to do. This advice worked for me, however for the first 3-4 months I didn't have lime water, and I didn't have adverse reaction as well.
