Hi.
My suicidal thoughts have gone away just in the last two weeks. For six weeks I've been walking daily, taking unsulfered blackstrap molasses (it doesn't taste great but I learned it was FULL of minerals) and kelp (that doesn't taste great either) as well as some magnesium. I've made SURE I drank my six-eight glasses of water a day and put celtic salt in it. I don't know what but SOMETHING has shifted (oh, I cleaned out my bowels a couple of times with enemas). And started eating better--more greens and raw food. Oh yea, made cilantro pesto (it pull heavy metals out of the body).
I still have fatigue and sleep problems, BUT the fact the horrible thoughts are gone and I've smiled a couple times in the last week means a lot to me.
I just thought I'd share. I don't know why the black cloud lifted--life is still full of all it's problems. I have a long way to go, plus I have a history of returning back to the depression. So I'll keep learning. Oh yea, I don't eat processed foods, white flour, white rice, or sugary stuff, and of course NO SODA POP. I am pretty much willing to give up whatever I have to to make the
Depression hell let me go. (well--everything EXCEPT meds)
Good luck to you. If you haven't tried making any dietary changes, I would suggest you do. There are lots of people on cz who know much more than I do who are willing to help.
