I use potato peels, carrots, onions, about 4 garlic cloves and celery. Make a broth, then store in refrigerator and drink for 2 days then I make another batch for the next two days. I do use all organic vegetables and am having great results. I was not adding greens, but I do plan on adding these from now on. I have done juicing in the past and that was helpful, but it is was hard to keep up with it because of my chronic fatigue. This has made it so much easier.
