Thanks for all your suggestions.. It is very appreciated. I will try the bowel/colon cleanse next. I have done 2 Liver Flushes prior to this Master-Cleanse and will be doing that again once I have completed this round of MC.. I plan to flush biweekly. I think I will need to read up on and learn more about bowel/colon cleansing and colonics.. Thanks again for your help.
