I don't know if it really keeps all the nutrients in top form, but every morning before work on the fast I'm on right now, I put my juice in a thermos and throw in a bunch of ice cubes. Seems to keep it good, because it gives me energy in the afternoon when I drink it, and it hasn't turned brown from the apple juice in it, like if it's at room temp for 20 minutes.
This might not be the best way but it's been working well for me.
